By using Mahadev Book, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any bets.
Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to use Mahadev Book. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement in your jurisdiction. Mahadev Book reserves the right to verify your age and close any account found to belong to a minor.
Account Responsibility
Each user is allowed one Mahadev Book ID. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your ID or password with anyone. Mahadev Book is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to shared or compromised credentials.
If you suspect unauthorized access, contact our WhatsApp support team immediately.
Deposits
Deposits can be made using UPI, GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, bank transfer, and other supported methods. Minimum deposit amounts may vary. All deposits are credited to your account and are non-refundable once used for betting activity.
Mahadev Book does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method used must belong to the account holder.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are submitted through WhatsApp. Processing times may vary depending on volume and payment method. Mahadev Book reserves the right to verify your identity before processing any withdrawal.
Withdrawals are sent to the account holder only. We do not process payouts to third-party accounts.
Betting Rules
All bets placed on Mahadev Book are subject to the rules of the specific market and event. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified unless stated otherwise in the market rules.
Mahadev Book reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious errors, technical malfunctions, or suspected manipulation. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the user’s account.
Platform Usage
You agree to use Mahadev Book for personal entertainment purposes only. The following activities are prohibited:
- Using the platform for commercial purposes without authorization
- Attempting to manipulate odds, markets, or outcomes
- Using automated software or bots to place bets
- Creating multiple accounts
- Providing false information during account creation
Mahadev Book reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts found in violation of these terms.
Liability
Mahadev Book provides its services on an “as is” basis. While we make every effort to keep the platform running smoothly, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation at all times.
Mahadev Book is not responsible for losses resulting from technical issues, connectivity problems, or events outside our control. Users are responsible for their own betting decisions.
Changes to Terms
Mahadev Book may update these terms at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.
